How do I log in for the first time?
You'll receive an email invitation from ServiceTitan with a link to create your account. If you haven't received one, contact us and we'll resend it.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow the instructions. If you're still having trouble, call us at (714) 606-0814.
Is my information secure?
Yes. The portal is powered by ServiceTitan, an industry-leading platform with bank-level encryption and security protocols.
Can I schedule emergency service through the portal?
For emergencies, please call us directly at (714) 606-0814. The portal is best for scheduling routine maintenance and non-urgent service requests.
