Before Your Appointment

  • Clear 3 feet around all supply and return registers
  • Ensure access to indoor unit (closet, attic, or garage)
  • Move vehicles from garage if indoor unit is located there
  • Secure pets in a separate room
  • Note any specific concerns (odors, allergies, visible dust)

What to Expect

Service takes 4-6 hours depending on system size. Our team will photograph before conditions, perform the complete IAQ Trifecta (ducts, coil, blower), and photograph after conditions. You'll receive a documented report within 24 hours.
