What You Get as a Breezy Member
Two Stewardship Visits Per Year
Spring and fall. We inspect both indoor and outdoor equipment, measure real performance data (static pressure, temp split, amps, capacitor health), and handle light maintenance. Full Breezy Standard™ inspection — not a 15-minute spray-and-go.
No-Breakdown Season Commitment
If an enrolled system breaks down within 90 days of your seasonal visit — and you didn't decline any critical repair recommendations — we apply a $100 credit toward the repair.
Member-Only Pricing
10% off repairs and 5% off full system replacements while your plan is active.
Priority Scheduling
Members go first in the queue during peak seasons. When everyone else is waiting, you're not.
Asset Credits That Build Over Time
$50 per system per year (up to $300 per system) toward your next Breezy system replacement. Credits accumulate as long as you're enrolled.
Move & Sale Benefits
If you sell your home, you can transfer your plan and credits to the buyer. If you keep your credits, they apply at your next home.

We Schedule Your Stewardship Visits
We schedule your spring and fall visits and send reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.
We Take Over Stewardship
From then on, Breezy is your first call for HVAC performance. We manage diagnostics, maintenance, and recommendations with you over time.
