Indoor Air Quality

Duct cleaning is not the whole air path

When homeowners picture the path conditioned air travels, the duct system is usually the first thing they see. But the ducts are only one connected zone in a much larger mechanical pathway.

Follow the air upstream

Before air reaches the supply registers, the system's blower moves it through the equipment. During cooling, that air also passes across the evaporator coil. The condition of the blower wheel, its housing or compartment, and the coil can therefore matter just as much as the condition of the ducts.

A duct-only cleaning may address dust and debris in the distribution network while leaving upstream components untouched. That is the gap the IAQ Trifecta™ was designed to address.

Ask for a clear scope

Before buying any cleaning service, ask which parts of the air path are actually included. Ask how the contractor handles access, protects the home, documents condition, and confirms operation afterward.

A clear scope is more valuable than a broad promise. Breezy evaluates the connected ductwork, blower assembly, and evaporator coil so the recommendation reflects the system you actually have.
