Website descriptions summarize common Breezy services and terms. Actual availability, eligibility, scheduling, equipment fit, scope, pricing, and exclusions are confirmed for the specific property. The website is not an emergency-monitoring channel and does not promise an arrival time.
Third-party services
Booking, payments, financing, customer portals, review links, and social-media content may be operated by third parties and are subject to their separate terms, privacy practices, availability, and accessibility controls.
Customer video submissions
A submitter must be at least 18, own or be authorized to submit the recording, and have permission from anyone identifiable in it. By accepting the release, the submitter permits Breezy to review the video, edit it for length or clarity without changing its meaning, and publish approved portions on Breezy's website and official marketing channels. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Moderation and withdrawal
Breezy may approve, decline, remove, or return a customer video to private status. A submitter may request withdrawal through info@breezyairservices.com. These website terms do not replace any separate written release or project agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code, information you are not authorized to provide, false identity information, or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not attempt to bypass website security or interfere with owner-only operations.
Breezy content
Breezy names, original copy, graphics, photographs, videos, tools, and site design may be protected by trademark, copyright, contract, or other law. Website access does not transfer ownership or permission to republish those materials.
Changes and corrections
Breezy may correct website errors, update educational content, change provider links, or revise these website terms. A website update does not retroactively change a signed proposal, invoice, membership agreement, or other project-specific document.
Service agreements
Actual work is governed by the scope, price, exclusions, warranties, and terms in the applicable Breezy proposal, invoice, membership agreement, or other service document. If website text conflicts with a signed project document, the signed project document controls for that work.
