Agreement to Terms

At Breezy, we believe clear agreements build strong relationships — the same way clear diagnostics build better systems. By using the Breezy Air Services website ("Site") or engaging our HVAC services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). They're straightforward because we don't believe in hidden clauses any more than we believe in hidden fees. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Breezy Air Services, a California-licensed HVAC contractor (CSLB License #1077447, C-20 Classification).

Services Description

Breezy Air Services provides residential and commercial HVAC services including but not limited to:

• HVAC system diagnostics, repair, and installation
• Air conditioning and heating system maintenance
• Indoor air quality assessment and improvement (IAQ Trifecta)
• Duct cleaning and sanitization
• Comprehensive Diagnostic
• Radon detection and mitigation
• Coffee roaster exhaust system installation and cleaning
• Preventive maintenance membership programs

All services are performed by trained, background-checked technicians in accordance with California state licensing requirements and industry best practices established by NADCA, NRPP, and other governing bodies.

Service Area

Breezy Air Services primarily serves Southern California, California. Service availability outside these areas is subject to scheduling and may incur additional travel charges. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our operational area.

Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

• Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee covers the technician's time to evaluate your system and provide recommendations. The diagnostic fee is communicated before scheduling.
• Estimates: Written estimates are provided before any repair or installation work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Authorization: No work beyond the initial diagnostic will be performed without your explicit authorization.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options where available.
• Membership Plans: Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected. Cancellation terms are outlined in your membership agreement.

Warranties and Guarantees

Breezy Air Services stands behind the quality of our work:

• Workmanship Warranty: All labor is warranted for a period specified in your service agreement. If an issue arises from our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no additional charge.
• Equipment Warranties: New equipment installations carry manufacturer warranties. Breezy Air Services will assist with warranty claims on your behalf.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve the issue.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments: We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled service window. In the event of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
• Emergency Services: Emergency service requests are accommodated based on availability and may be subject to after-hours rates.

Property Access and Safety

By scheduling a service appointment, you grant Breezy Air Services permission to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested services. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring safe access to HVAC equipment, attics, crawl spaces, and mechanical rooms
• Securing pets during service visits
• Disclosing any known hazards (asbestos, structural issues, etc.) before work begins
• Providing adequate parking for our service vehicles

Website Use

When using our Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Not attempt to interfere with the Site's functionality or security
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, the Breezy Air Services name and logo, the "Comprehensive Diagnostic," the "IAQ Trifecta," the "Breezy Standard," and all related trademarks — is the property of Breezy Air Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Educational Content Disclaimer

The information provided on our Site, including articles in our Learning Center, is for educational and informational purposes only. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Breezy Air Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breezy Air Services, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Site or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
