Privacy policy
A plain-language account of what the Breezy Air Services website collects, why it is used, and which providers may receive it.
The service-request form may collect your name, phone number, email address, city, property type, service category, and message so Breezy can respond. The private customer-video form may also collect a public name, broad service category, video, technical file details, and evidence of the release text accepted at submission.
Breezy receives information directly from forms, from first-party browser attribution fields when a service request is submitted, from basic website operations, and from connected providers used to complete actions you request. Breezy uses it to respond, schedule, operate and secure the site, understand aggregate website use, process authorized transactions, review customer videos, and maintain business records.
Online booking is handled by Broccoli. Comfort Club™ requests submitted on this website go to Breezy staff; approved membership enrollment and account records are handled through ServiceTitan. Stripe may process other or legacy payment transactions. These services process information under their own privacy terms. Breezy does not collect full card numbers or card security codes through this website.
The site may retain first-touch and last-touch campaign fields, advertising click identifiers, the Breezy landing-page path, the referring domain, and touch time in first-party browser storage. These fields are attached to a Breezy service-request record only when you submit the website form and may be retained for up to 24 months.
The site uses Umami through its hosting-platform analytics endpoint for aggregate traffic and conversion-event measurement, including phone-link clicks, online-booking-link clicks, and successful service-request submissions. Events use allowlisted page, placement, and service-category fields, not customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, or message text. A phone-link click does not confirm an answered call; a booking-link click does not confirm a booked appointment. Short-lived technical signals also support operation and protection. The active website does not install Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, Hotjar, or Segment. Breezy does not retain raw IP addresses, complete user-agent strings, visitor fingerprints, or full browsing histories in its lead database.
Providers may process limited information as needed for hosting, database and private file storage, owner notifications, website analytics, appointment scheduling, payment checkout, current Google review display, customer-portal links, financing links, and optional social-media embeds. Provider access is limited by the function you request and each provider's separate terms.
Breezy's server requests the current Google rating and review count for the initial homepage HTML, with a profile link if the provider is unavailable. Individual review cards are requested as the section approaches view. The site does not store Google review text, reviewer profiles, ratings, or review counts in its source code or database. Links to Google and review-author profiles are governed by Google's privacy policy and terms.
The Cities We Serve map is rendered by Breezy from representative public geographic coordinates and does not send map interactions, city selections, or location history to Google. It is a navigation aid, not a record of customer locations, completed jobs, offices, or promised response times.
The homepage links to public posts from Breezy's official Instagram account. Instagram embeds load only after you choose to view them. Loading or interacting with an embed sends a request to Instagram and is governed by Instagram's privacy policy and terms. Breezy does not store Instagram viewing activity in its lead database.
Customer videos are stored privately for owner review and are not published automatically. Private contact details, consent records, moderation notes, and storage identifiers are available only in the owner operations area. If the owner explicitly publishes an approved story, the video, public name, and optional city may appear on the Share Your Story page.
The current site does not change its first-party functionality in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because it does not use the active advertising pixels listed above or operate a website sale/share opt-out system. Optional Instagram content still loads only after your action. Third-party destinations may apply their own signal-handling practices.
You may ask what information you submitted, request a correction, or request withdrawal or deletion by emailing info@breezyairservices.com. Breezy will evaluate the request under applicable law and operational recordkeeping needs. Removing an active website reference or public video display does not promise immediate physical deletion from every security, provider, or backup system.
Breezy uses access controls and technical safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure. Retention depends on the record: lead attribution may remain for up to 24 months, while transaction, consent, security, contractual, or legally required records may need to be kept longer.
The effective date is shown on this page. If a material change affects how website information is handled, Breezy will update this page and, when reasonably practicable, place a prominent notice on the affected page or form before the change takes effect.
