Written service commitments

Clear promises, written around the work they cover.

Breezy's current commitments cover jobsite care, written approval for material pricing changes, scope-specific labor warranties, and visual documentation for qualifying work.

How it works

A guarantee should explain what is promised, when it applies, and what happens next. These commitments are intentionally narrower than broad marketing slogans and remain subject to the written scope and job documents for the work performed.

01

Clean-home remedy

Breezy protects the work area and removes job-related debris. If Breezy leaves a job-related mess, contact us and we will return to address that area.

02

Written pricing protection

Breezy provides a written quote before approved work. If the final Breezy invoice for the original quoted scope exceeds the written quote by more than 10% without your written approval, Breezy honors the original quoted amount for that original scope.

  • Separately approved change orders are outside the original quoted scope
  • Newly discovered or requested work requires written approval before it is added
  • The applicable written project documents remain the controlling record
03

Scope-specific labor warranties

Repairs include a one-year labor warranty. Linear-diffuser work includes a two-year labor warranty. Coverage applies to the Breezy labor described in the applicable written job documents.

04

Visual documentation where it fits the work

Breezy provides before-and-after documentation for qualifying work where visual documentation is relevant. This is not a universal timestamp or 24-hour delivery promise.

Written terms

How these commitments are applied

These boundaries keep the public promise aligned with the scope the customer actually receives.

  • T01Contact Breezy promptly with the service address, job reference, and a description of the concern.
  • T02Coverage is limited to the original Breezy scope and the specific commitment stated for that work.
  • T03Equipment, manufacturer parts, pre-existing conditions, misuse, owner or third-party alterations, and maintenance obligations are governed by the applicable written job documents.
  • T04No measurable-improvement guarantee or on-time/diagnostic-free guarantee is offered.
