A proposal can show what is written down. It cannot establish equipment condition, safety, or whether repair or replacement is the right answer for your home. If field testing is needed, Breezy explains the on-site scope and price before you approve it.
On-site diagnosis is $175 during regular hours or $230 after hours, including the first two diagnostic hours; each additional diagnostic hour is $175 per hour. The $175 diagnostic fee is waived when approved work or a recommendation exceeds $1,000. After-hours availability is confirmed before scheduling.

Does the free review include an on-site diagnostic?
No. The free offer is a document review only. On-site diagnosis costs $175 during regular hours or $230 after hours, including the first 2 diagnostic hours; each additional diagnostic hour is $175. The $175 diagnostic fee is waived when approved work or a recommendation exceeds $1,000. After-hours availability is confirmed before scheduling. Qualifying installation quotes and job walks follow Breezy's existing terms; not every site visit is a paid diagnostic.
Can paperwork show whether I really need a replacement?
Not by itself. A written proposal can show what is offered and what needs clarification, but it cannot establish the condition or safety of your equipment. If those questions require field testing, Breezy explains the appropriate on-site scope and price before you approve it. There is no guaranteed savings or repair-versus-replacement finding.
How do I send my written quote?
Request a review with your name, phone, and Orange County city. Then email your written replacement proposal to info@breezyairservices.com, or arrange to send it when Breezy contacts you. You may redact unnecessary personal, financial, and account information. The review starts after Breezy receives the proposal; the request alone does not book a visit or complete a review.
Do I have to hire Breezy after the review?
No. There is no obligation to hire Breezy. If you want a Breezy replacement proposal, ask about a qualifying installation quote or job walk. If you need the existing system diagnosed, ask about a separately priced diagnostic. Commercial projects and reviews of multiple proposals use the regular project inquiry pathway.
