Preventing Water Damage and Next Steps

Routinely checking and replacing your air filter ensures proper airflow, which helps prevent the evaporator coil from freezing. Additionally, having a professional inspect and clear your condensate drain line during annual maintenance can stop clogs before they cause an overflow.
